Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, and our email provider records when you asked to join and when you confirmed. We don’t ask for your name or create an account. To prevent abuse, the signup service briefly keeps a one-way hash of your IP address in memory; it isn’t stored or used for anything else.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send Attuna beta invitations and launch updates. We don’t add you to unrelated marketing, and we don’t sell or share your address. You’re added only after you click the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in), and that consent is the basis we rely on.
Who processes it
Brevo stores the waitlist and sends our emails on our behalf. Depending on account settings, Brevo may record whether emails are opened or links are clicked. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist. [specific retention period: to be confirmed]
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
